Without the hassle of setting up a separate appointment, the IT experts at Contec provide immediate support when you need it. This way, you quickly get an answer to all of your configuration, hardware and software questions.


Contec uses support contracts to provide technical support for all products within the portfolio. You can choose between two contract types:

  1. Extended Support: support during business hours (8x5)
  2. Extended plus support: support during and outside of regular working hours (24/7)

Both contracts include:

  • guaranteed response times;
  • hardware replacement;
  • Dutch and English support options.

In absence of a support contract, support will be settled through support tickets.
