To continuously monitor your company network and keep it in good condition, Contec offers the Managed Security Services*. These services help to reduce your operational costs and increase the quality of your IT security. Below you’ll find the different available contract types.
Dedicated Security Monitoring - DSM
A DSM contract includes a Contec Security Specialist who monitors the health of your network security system. If a security issue arises, you’ll immediately receive a notification, allowing you to quickly respond to the situation. Customers themselves are responsible for taking appropriate action and making system adjustments.
On request, the Security Specialist can give advice and implement adjustments for you. The additional costs for these activities will be charged afterwards.
Dedicated Security Assistance - DSA
Choosing a DSA contract means maintaining an optimal network security level without having to invest a lot of time and effort. Management can take place in cooperation with the responsible contact person(s) of the client or can fully be taken care of by a Contec Security Specialist.
Dedicated Security Assistance Plus - DSA+
In addition to actively monitoring alerts, DSA+ subjects log files to extensive analyses which focus on examining suspicious behavior and hacking attempts. Management can take place in cooperation with the responsible contact person(s) of the client or can fully be taken care of by a Contec Security Specialist.
